LAZY VERSION

  • Use pre chopped onions and bell pepper

SUBSTITUTIONS

  • You can add any veggies you like! Instead of the peas and carrots, you can use this as an opportunity to clean out your fridge. Broccoli, green beans, squash, anything will work.

  • Sub for chicken breast: chicken thighs

STORAGE

  • Allow to come to room temp and then store in airtight containers in the fridge. I like using these containers.

REHEATING

  • Reheat for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
