Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Sheet Pan

Hey there, This recipe is so easy- just throw everything on a sheet pan and cover it with this yummy, flavorful, Cajun-spiced sauce. It’s perfect for a quick weeknight meal. It comes together so quickly because while you’re cooking things in the oven, you’re also prepping and chopping up veggies for the next step of the recipe. Multitasking is my fave meal prep hack- more on that in this week’s tip!

Notes

SUBSTITUTIONS

  • Not a fan of shrimp? You can add another package of chicken sausage instead, or try chicken breast! For chicken breast, just cut it into bite sized pieces and add it to the sheet pan with the broccoli and bell pepper.

  • You can use almost any veggie in this recipe instead of broccoli- cauliflower, green beans, brussel sprouts, etc.

STORAGE

  • Allow everything to come to room temp and then store in airtight containers.

REHEATING

  • Reheat for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
