NOTES

  • You can grill the chicken if you prefer. Season it, then grill it, then cube it after.

LAZY VERISION

  • Use rotisserie chicken instead of making your own chicken.

  • Use pre-made Caesar dressing. The one from Bolthouse Farms will have similar macros.

SUBSTITUTIONS

  • Sub for worcestershire: 1 tsp coconut aminos

STORAGE

  • Allow everything to come to room temp and then store in airtight containers. I used these from Zwilling.

  • Store the dressing separately- I like using these containers.

REHEATING

  • No reheating needed for this lunch!

REDUCE FOOD WASTE

  • Leftover romaine lettuce? Use it in a salad or as a taco topping this week or next! Store wrapped in a paper towel in a ziploc bag to keep it fresh.
