Cajun Sausage Sheet Pan

This is one of my easiest recipes, and that’s saying something. Just dump all of your ingredients on a sheet pan, pour on the delicious Cajun butter sauce, and let the oven do the work. This Cajun Sausage Sheet Pan is like all the best parts of a crawfish boil, without the crawfish! Sausage, potatoes, corn, veggies, and buttery, spicy Cajun goodness. And of course it’s macro friendly and high protein!

Notes

NOTES

  • You can also cook this on the grill! You can add all ingredients to a grill basket or foil packets.

LAZY VERSION

  • Instead of ears of corn, you can use canned corn! Just drain and pat dry 1 cup of canned corn.

  • Instead of potatoes, you can serve with a microwavable rice packet.

SUBSTITUTIONS

  • Sub for zucchini: any veggie will work! Green beans, broccoli, or cauliflower would all work

  • Sub for potatoes: serve with rice

  • Sub for ears of corn: canned corn. Just drain and pat dry 1 cup of canned corn.

  • Whole30: omit the corn and use ghee instead of butter

STORAGE

  • Allow everything to come to room temp and then store in airtight containers, like these.

REHEATING

  • Reheat for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
