SUBSTITUTIONS

LAZY VERSION
Use rotisserie chicken instead of making your own.

STORAGE
Store in an air tight container in the fridge. I like using these containers. Store the crackers, wrap, or bread in a separate container to keep fresh until the day of.

I haven't tried! Usually with fresh veggies, freezing them can be a little weird. Maybe just freeze one portion and see how it goes!
