STORAGE
Allow everything to come to room temp and then store in airtight containers, like these.
Store the peanut butter syrup separately- I like using these containers.
These pancakes freeze very well! Just freeze them in a single layer first, then you can put the frozen pancakes in a ziploc bag.

I baked these at 400F similar to the baked oats, for my version of sheet cake pancakes. I added blueberries and chocolate chip prior to putting in oven.
