Notes

NOTES

LAZY VERSION

  • Use pre chopped or shredded Brussels sprouts.

  • Use a microwave rice packet instead of making your own.

SUBSTITUTIONS

  • Sub for Brussels sprouts: broccoli, green beans

STORAGE

  • Allow everything to come to room temp and then store in airtight containers, like these.

REHEATING

  • Reheat for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.

REDUCE FOOD WASTE

  • Leftover green onion? Store them in a ziploc plastic bag and use them within the week, or store them in a glass of water (root side down) in the fridge. Chop the top dark green parts to use a garnish for any dish.
