Cajun Chicken Sheet Pan

This Cajun Chicken Sheet Pan is full of veggies, protein packed and Whole30 friendly. The creamy, remoulade style sauce is perfect for dipping or just slathering on top. It’s so flavorful and delicious- you’re going to love it! The best part about this meal? It all cooks in one pan, which means less dishes to clean at the end!

Notes

LAZY VERISION

  • Buy pre-cut cauliflower florets.

  • Buy mini potatoes so you have to chop them less.

SUBSTITUTIONS

  • Whole30: this is Whole30 if you use compliant mayo

  • Sub for mayo: greek yogurt (not Whole30, but will bring the fat content down!)

  • Sub for cauliflower: broccoli, zucchini, asparagus

  • Sub for white pepper: black pepper or omit

  • Sub for mayo: greek yogurt to make it lower fat (will not be Whole30 though)

STORAGE

  • Allow everything to come to room temp and then store in airtight containers in the fridge. I like using these containers.

  • Store the remoulade separately- I like using these containers.

REHEATING

  • Reheat for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
