Baked Feta Pasta

This Baked Feta Pasta is so damn good and doesn’t taste healthy at all. Remember when the baked feta pasta went viral? For good reason- it’s cheesy, creamy, and full of flavor. BUT I remake it to be high protein, veggie packed, and macro friendly to help you achieve all of your goals. And the best part- it comes together in just 30 minutes. It’s so easy to make. And of course, full of protein and macro friendly. I just know it’s going to become your new favorite meal prep or weeknight dinner.

Notes

NOTES

  • You can find harissa in the ethnic food section of most grocery stores. It looks like this. Trader Joe’s has one!

  • 2 tbsp of harissa will be just a little bit spicy- check substitutions

LAZY VERSION

  • Use pre chopped green beans and red onions

SUBSTITUTIONS

  • Sub for harissa: 1 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Sub for green beans: broccoli florets, chopped asparagus

STORAGE

  • Allow everything to come to room temp and then store in airtight containers, like these.

REHEATING

  • Add a tsp of water and reheat for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.

REDUCE FOOD WASTE

  • Leftover feta? Add it to a salad or ontop of hummus for a delicious snack!

  • Leftover harissa? Use it to make some of my other recipes, like my Crockpot Honey Harissa Chicken.
