NOTES
The butternut squash I used was cut into pretty small cubes. If yours is in bigger cubes, you may need to cook it a little longer!
LAZY VERSION
Use bagged pre-cubed butternut squash
SUBSTITUTIONS
Sub for green beans: you can use any veggie you want! Broccoli would work well.
STORAGE
Allow everything to come to room temp and then store in airtight containers, like these.
REHEATING
Add 1-2 tsp water to the Mac and cheese. Reheat for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
